Mark attended my call at the Wickes car park in Winnersh, Wokingham @13:48. Mark was the most determined, assuring, all round nicest bloke I have ever met. I have had some rough luck recently and my mistake today was close to tipping me over the edge but Marks manner, confidence and never give in attitude has given me a recharge. THANK YOU.
